Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/4 cup (150 g) All-Purpose Flour 
- 1 cup (200g) Sugar 
- 1 teaspoon baking soda 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 2 Large ripe bananas 
- 2 eggs 
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted) 
- 1/4 cup buttermilk 
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 330°, grease, and line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas, and add the eggs, butter, buttermilk, and vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
Gently mix the dry ingredients with the wet. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing, and enjoy!
