Grecia Parra is a culinary-trained private chef and recipe developer living in Joshua Tree, California.

She founded Salt + Leisure in 2016 as a way to share her passion for food and quality ingredients, a venture that has since grown into a sought-after private dining experience serving Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and surrounding areas.

Chef Grecia is passionate about whole ingredients, cooked with love and integrity. She aims to shop organic, wild, pasture-raised, and grass-fed when possible in what’s literally a “food desert.” We do our best to buy from ethical farms, fisheries, and quality producers (like our local farmers market on Saturday mornings). Menus change depending on what is available and fresh during the season.
