2 Ripe Avocados (peeled, pitted and diced)
1 Jalapenos (dessesed and devined)
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsp White Onion (finely chopped)
1 Lime (juiced)
Sea Salt (to taste)
Combine the onion with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Let it sit while you prepare the avocados.
Mash avocados with a fork until smooth but still chunky, add onions, jalapeno, cilantro and combine. Season with salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
Jalapeno is to taste of course.
