Zesty Roasted Cauliflower
1 Medium-Large Cauliflower, in florets
3 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2-1 Tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lime juice, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss cauliflower florets and coat thoroughly.
In a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread cauliflower in a single layer. Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes until deep golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
