Zesty Roasted Cauliflower



  • 1 Medium-Large Cauliflower, in florets

  • 3 Tbsp. Avocado Oil

  • 1 Tsp. Chili Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • Juice of 1 Lime

  • 1/2-1 Tsp. Sea Salt, to taste

  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lime juice, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss cauliflower florets and coat thoroughly.

  3. In a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread cauliflower in a single layer. Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes until deep golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
