Easy Spaghetti With Cream & Cheese

Serves 4


  • 8 Oz. Spaghetti

  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

  • 3 Tbsp. White Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 C. Crème Fraîche

  • 3 Oz. White Sharp Cheddar, shreeded

  • Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper, to taste


  1. Bring a big pot of water to a boil and salt with a few large pinches of salt. Add pasta and cook over high heat until the pasta is tender, about 12 minutes.

  2. In a large skillet, over medium heat melt the 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the pasta and combine with onions and butter. Lower the heat and add the cream, sea salt and black pepper to taste. Sauté for 2 minutes, lastly add the shredded cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
