Classic Guacamole



  • 2 Ripe Avocados (peeled, pitted and diced)

  • 1 Jalapenos (dessesed and devined)

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

  • 2 Tbsp White Onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 Lime (juiced)

  • Sea Salt (to taste)


  1. Combine the onion with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Let it sit while you prepare the avocados.

  2. Mash avocados with a fork until smooth but still chunky, add onions, jalapeno, cilantro and combine. Season with salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Jalapeno is to taste of course.
